Dear Readers

Today I want to draw your attention to one concept/idea of which many of you might be aware ..many of you might not ..and some of you might have not consciously paid attention to ..We are eternal souls and these bodies are our temporary homes ..

Might sound new/ weird to some of you ..

But true ..this is the outcome of my spiritual journey . lessons and learnings..

I had also heard somewhere ..that we are permanent spiritual beings having temporary human experiences and each soul has his/her own journey ..lessons to learn which they themselves choose ..

And going by this idea ..our bodies are our homes ..! and just as we protect our homes ..keep them neat ..make double sure that who is entering ..never leave the door unlocked ..similarly ..we must take care of our bodies .

Here a special footnote for any women population out there – protect your homes without feeling shy, less confident , guilty or embarassed ..about protecting it – its your own body – your home – be vigilant about it . Shout out loud and be vocal if you need to – either to literally push someone out who is trying to enter your home without permission , or if there is a partner staying with you – then you can be vocal about what you two can bring out to the home – as one .

And for men out there – just one small request – keep the grace of the home of others ..
