Most of us think the time when we are not doing any action as a time waste – the time which we think as we are immersed in our own thoughts is not a waste ..it is the time when we are meeting ourselves , knowing ourselves a little more..and if you think meeting yourself a time waste ..then obviously why anyone else would consider coming to you as the utilisation of time ..

So let your inner masculine and inner feminine spend time with them in that room inside you called heart – It is the treasure of dreams , hopes , visions and objectives to be fulfilled ,,it is then that you will be able to move being a whole and more strong version of yourself !
