But that one moment she felt all her passions unleashed ..why did she get so emotional , she thought after he went.

Those who have been reading my blog posts lately , as mentioned earlierI have been internalising the process of spirituality. My protagonist Shivanshi today felt stuck, you know why ?

Not because she did not want to come close to Rishi , not because she did not have passion in her but that action was not aligned . Though her mind wanted to so come close to him that moment but her heart knew this is leading her nowhere ..it was just one weak moment . .

Alignment – the internal alignment of mind and heart is very necessary to be power packed in life. How to bring that alignment ? Observe , research yourself closely . When in utter dilemma towards an action then ask your brain and heart both and if there is an internal union then just go for it . But remember your action has to be aligned .

If there has been any such moment of dilemma where your mind and heart have been disaligned leading to utter confusion , mention here how did you strike internal harmony that moment.
